This place has wasted my time. Last week I came with my son to our 3rd class and the teacher was sick and said she couldn't do the class. I told her to let me know if she needs to cancel a class because we live 25 minutes away. Today, a week later, I get to the class and she is not there. They said she went away. I am so angry that she would waste my time. I don't have time for this. Please don't waste your time going here. The teacher is shady and do not have enough class to call and cancel a class. She doesn't admit her fault. She tries to make herself right. Don't take these classes. She says she was sick but she flew away out of the country. The class that was there told me that. If she apologized right and made this right I would delete this but she thinks she's right. Don't waste you time.

I do not recommend this place. The mats are dirty.

What an awesome home we found here at Martinez. We started here last October with our son participating in the karate events, mainly for discipline, structure and self defense, then a few months later I entered the 90 day challenge to lose weight. I was nervous and not so confident, and time went on and all the participants became family to me. We motivate each other, inspire new beginners and have great support from our Sensei Marie and Shod-an Frank for all the adults and children. No one is ever turned away, and you get that feeling when you sit back and watch them teach our children the karate moves. It is a great experience. Thank you, Family, you gave us new meaning to life with these awesome activities of karate and exercising. Blessings, Gio

Results! Results! Results! I've searched and searched for a fitness facility that was hardcore, engaging and fun. I found that and more in Martinez Martial Arts. I can not thank Sensei Marie and Shodan Frank enough for pushing me, building my strength and helping me the pounds that I've been trying to get rid of for some years now. If you are looking for a place that honors family, hard work and dedication then you need to sign up right now. I am positive you will get the results you are looking for if you put the work and time in.
