My son started a few months ago and loved it so much that he asked to switch from twice a week to four times a week. The instructors, Jay and Mike are very welcoming and provide excellent instruction in each and every class. Aside from the knowledge he his gaining in martial arts, I see a huge difference in his confidence level. I absolutely recommend this facility!

I've been meaning to write this post for some time now and am finally getting around to it. There is a reason NJ United has so many high quality reviews, and you would be making one of the best decisions of your life if you are considering attending any class at this incredible place. While every human being you come across at NJ United will make you feel welcomed, my direct instruction has come from Jay Hayes & Mike Roukas. Both of these individuals have a certain humility and appreciation for the art of Jiu-Jitsu that can only come from life long dedication. Jay has managed to create an atmosphere that any person walking this earth would feel welcomed in, and instructs in a way that anyone can also learn. It is of my opinion after having attended a number of other gyms in Northern NJ that NJ United should be your home if you are considering training in Jiu-Jitsu or Muay Thai. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

Awesome atmosphere. The team that runs it really cares about each and every student and more or less give you personal training.
