I started training with Nick in January 2018 doing his boot camp classes. I was a member in a gym but could never find the motivation to go regularly. Attending Spartan Gym Strength and Conditioning is fun and rewarding. The support and encouragement from the staff is amazing. They push everyone to work hard and do better for themselves.

Nick, Brian and the whole spartan family will stop at nothing to help you reach your goal(s). Tonight I was extremely exhausted due to a hectic work week and Nick being the dedicated trainer that he is made sure that was able to finish my routine. Work hard, finish strong, do it the spartan way!!!💪👊

Perfect size classes, never the same workout. First gym I have felt motivated & SAFE in since having a baby - alllllll eyes on form, all of the time. Nick does an excellent job modifying exercises where needed, without skipping a beat during the classes. Nothing but positive energy all over this place !

Great place to go and workout. This is the first gym that I actually feel motivated to workout. It is a great environment with non judgmental people and everyone is willing to help out. Highly recommended this gym.
