A superb school where you will grow, learn, train hard and gain knowledge on how to build up a better SELF. Marcos & Abe offer an environment that is conducive to learning both the most complex and the most basic techniques of the gentle art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. No need for gender bias, or "meatheads," this is a place to train with both men and women, of all ages and sizes. A place where everyone respectfully learns from and trains with each other. These two professors are Showing The Art effectively! An epitome of how a martial arts school should be run. Keep up the amazing work!

I've trained in other styles for 20 years and have only had the privilege of training at SubForce for the past 9 months. The thing that stood out to me the most when I first walked in was the friendly environment and the quality of instruction. These coaches sincerely want to see their students succeed and bring out the best in them, no matter their level of athleticism. There are no egos and the students are all generous with their time, helping each other out with new techniques. Wish I found these instructors 20 years ago.

I love that my kids not only learn what to do on the mat but how they should behave off of it, as well.

My son William has been coming here for 2 years and has done both MMA & BJJ and he absolutely loves it!!!! All the teachers are awesome. Marcos, Abe, Mr. T and all the assistants do a fantastic job with the development of the youth. Sub Force is a very family oriented environment and bringing my son to this school has been a blessing. He works extremely hard and it shows. I recommend Subforce to anyone looking to get involved in BJJ & MMA! Adult or Youth!
