With many places to choose from only a few miles away I would not recommend this place. Your time would be much better spent with a YouTube video. The owner has a freeroaming dog in the gym, if you are a dog lover this might be a plus. However, this brings the sanitation of the gym to question; some equipment even has chew marks from the dog. Also The smell of feet smacks you in the face as soon as you enter the door. Further more despite telling the coach of my pervious training he neglected to give me any sparing time, which is understandable but very questionable. So if you are a beginner expect to be staring at the wall for a couple weeks before you can start actually training. The biggest complaint id have is the prodamient use of Portuguese in his coaching. Very difficult to learn when most of the instructions are shouted in a diffrent langague. If you cannot speak Portuguese id give this place a hard miss. Finally after the session was complete there was no wipe down of the equipment or floors in between new sessions like other places do, which explains the odor & is only made worse by having an animal roaming around. There are many places to choose from and the these drawbacks are unforgiveable. Furthermore the coach cold denies any music request even at low volume so you're training in silence.
