Extreme Karate and their staff have been a great source of discipline, exercise and fun not only for myself but also my son. Shihan Dennis, Sensei Steve and Sensei Keriann are not only wonderful with the children but also with the adults. I started with a self defense class and now take the karate, Jiu Jitsu and MMA classes. The Fitness / Kickboxing classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays will get anyone in shape. My son has grown in his class, showing more confidence and outgoingness. Thank You Extreme Karate for a wonderful experience for the whole family.
