Great place to train, none of that "fight club" scene. Just good training with everyone more than willing to help. Started off signing my son up, and I ended up signing up too. Great way for conditioning, and has built up my son's confidence.

Great Atmosphere! No tough guy nonsense & no meat heads sitting around gawking a women. It is a safe, fun, clean place for individuals or families. Getting in shape and learning is the primary objective. Coaches are great. Members are friendly. I would reccomend it to anyone!
