This place makes you feel like home, all of the staff are super nice and friendly. They have a different workout everyday to target all of the different muscles in your body so it's never boring. Another great thing about them is that they have a kids taekwondo/fitness program at the same time so if you have kids you can take class while they are taking class as well ! I would highly recommend them if you want to lose some weight, tone up and stay healthy !

Had the chance to workout with Al while visiting. What makes it different from other places is the atmosphere and people who make you feel like home. There is a huge variety of programs to choose from and I'm sure everyone can easily find something interesting. It is simply a great place, with lots of equipment and amazing crew.

I remember this guy, "Master Al." On to the next business venture, eh?

I really enjoy working out here! Master Al makes the sessions feel more enjoyable than just working out in silence. He incorporates positive sarcasm to help encourage people to push their potential. I appreciate the constructive criticism and thrive on it. Unlike most fitness trainers you'd see, none of these guys yell in your face or insult you. This might sound odd but I really like when he gives a tough work out and I feel sore for days following. I'd recommend this place to anyone who'd want to work out in a welcoming and positive environment. They even have an app that helps to keep track of their schedule and they post important information on there as well so check it out!
