I’m limiting my daughters exposure due to covid and picked the Hans for discipline, socialization, and fun! She is only 3 and they made her feel comfortable since day one. All the trainers are engaged which makes it enjoyable. A lady trainer got on her knees to spar with her (she talked about it all night). They have great air conditioning allowing my daughter to train with a mask, that is a plus! I’m glad I signed a contract. Virtual learning + Hans is the perfect combination.

Due to the pandemic, I decided I need to break my contract to Han's Oriental Martial Arts. I am willing to pay any penalty fee offered. I spoke to the owner about my reasoning, and after a long winded lecture, he finally gave me the number of who I can call. It directs to the company that handles its contracts. Amerinational Management Services. I've been put on hold every single time I call and stay on for hours. I'm really concerned that I there is absolutely no way to get in contact with someone who can help. I'm also worried about what happens once the contract is over. My contract states that there will be an automatic renewal. How can I cancel that if I can't even get a hold of anyone?

It was great while my son was going. But then COVID hit and we stop taking him. Just don’t sign the contract!!!!

When my son started, everything went well. Prices are great and he loved his sessions. Once covid-19 hit, I called to cancel his subscription and they told me we had to pay 50% of the balance. That’s more than $1000!! I spoke to Master Han & he said I could put his subscription on hold for 3 months (something I don’t want.) He said he had to learn how to deal with covid-19 while practicing good hygiene. Comes to show you guys only care about your money and don’t care if kids are exposed and don’t respect my decision as a parent. I want him out of Karate but have to pay $1000? That’s ridiculous!!

These people really want to charge to cancel a contract doing COVID, half of the contract amount. After explaining that I have someone elderly at home they said they can charge instead 40%. On top of that they kept charging my account while everything was shut down and said those charges wouldn’t be put towards the cancellation. They are really putting a different face when coming in for information and not being reasonable for cancellations. Once you sign you are locked in and that’s all they care about it seems. I don’t understand how they don’t think about the current situation and allow for cancellation. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT!!!
