I cannot say enough about this place. When I first walked in the door I could never have dreamt the profound impact that not only the sport but amazing people in this place would have on me. This pace had truly become a second home to my family, my wife, Daughter and Nephews have all been part of this program. Every instructor and training partner in here is top notch, each instructor offering his unique perspective and each training partner developing a game of their own. Not a day goes by that I don’t share with someone just how much I recommend this place. Ken has done a Phenomenal job creating a team of Instructors and making Tai-kai Brazilian Jiu Jitsu a staple in the Syracuse area. I am proud and humbled to be a student at this world class facility.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! The instructors are the best. The facility is clean. And everyone makes you feel like family! Couldn’t be more proud to be a part of it all!!!

Tai Kai is more than just an amazing place to train, it's an amazing group of people! Welcoming, encouraging and inspiring from day one. Joining this community has added so much to my life.

Place is too legit to quit. And btw who ever is the real person who posted as "Ben T", you're a spineless rat. Too scared to post your actual name, you instead post some lousy pseudonym to reveal how you felt about a place that more than likely treated you well. Ken is a great professor and owner of the gym. His teaching allows one to embrace what it means to be able to defend yourself. I honestly have no clue who Ben t is but you suck and will always suck. Ok?!!!

Truly a second home. Tai Kai is full of great instructors and students. I highly recommend them
