I would certainly suggest this to anyone. I recently begun studying here and am very pleased. They are disciplined, respectful, knowledgeable and passionate in what they do here.

I've been training with Sifu Tom for over 5 years, and not only does he always leave me confident with room to improve, always challenging me but, the school has put me in contact with a family of impressive instructors that are always open to respectful discussion of philosophy and technique. You'll find no domineering egos or separatist rhetoric. Only people willing to learn and grow and share. Not only can we point to a Direct lineage to our Sijo Bruce Lee but, in my opinion, we do our best to embody the spirit of the philosophies he left behind for us. All martial art is one, and all different styles offer useful elements, the only divisions are discovered through practice and experimentation to learn your personal strengths and weaknesses. "Study everything, use what works, discard what does not, add what is uniquely your own" If you want to improve your fitness, build self confidence through self discovery, and have fun at the same time, you should come down and train with us. It's not easy, but most things worth having arent.
