Incredible instructor. Straight from Brazil (#Legit) Wonderful mats and everyone is very team and beginner friendly. There is no ego’s and anyone can walk in and learn the sport and art of defense from some truly talented people!

NOT FOR ADULT BEGINNERS. I’m sure if I had any prior experience or had seen Jiu Jitsu previously, my time there would have been far more enjoyable. But as that was not the case, and had expected some kind of beginners lesson other than “get in there,” I was disappointed to say the least. Clean space, had hoped for more.

Great space, very clean, awesome instructor. I visited a couple other gyms before getting a membership and this was my favorite.

Always have a good time here. Diego is a great instructor and good guy. Always try to pop in when I'm in the Syracuse area.
