Awesome School lots of great people/instructors. They really take the time to break down the moves and explain everything. The environment is a great place for newcomers.

Alex is a dedicated lifetime martial artist with a passion for teaching. Many martial arts instructors are comfortable sitting back and being the big fish in the pond, Alex is different. He is constantly on the look out for new techniques and training methods and that excitement and open minded approach is reflected in his school and students alike.

My daughter has been coming to PMA for a few months now, and I can't say enough good things about Mr. Puzza & his team. We were made to feel welcome and part of the PMA family from day one - a great thing for Abbey, but nice for me too. As a stay-at-home Dad, you don't find that very often. My daughter seems to gain confidence with each lesson, and the smile on her face when she gets a new stripe on her belt - it's priceless. If you're on the fence about trying PMA, do it. You won't be disappointed.

My daughter is 4yrs old and joined proven martial arts 3mo. Ago and what a great group of kids and community. Olivia enjoys it so much and we've already notice the positive effects on her social skills and behavior.

My son really enjoys martial arts. He is a very shy young man however, I see the small changes in his attitude. He is proud of himself and his new rank. I look forward to watching him grow in rank and confidence.
