If you want to learn real mixed martial arts, this is the place to be. I started Hidden Fist when I began high school and almost seven years later I'm still here. What separates Hidden Fist Mixed Martial Arts Academy from other schools, is the training that we receive. We get a nice warm up and good workout.Along with this comes drills and repetitive training of styles. And of course open Mat time and sparring. We end up ending training 2.5 hours sometimes a bit longer than that. Besides all the great training, we are a family. With the sport becoming so popular I am looking forward to the future of this gym. It changed all aspects of my life, and it definitely change yours!

Best Gym Ever!!! Markos is a great teacher. He really cares about his students and he genuinely wants you to learn. As a woman coming to this gym, it is quite intimidating until you walk in. Every single person in the gym wants you to succeed, whether it's losing weight, preparing for competition, learning basic boxing/jui jitsu skills or just getting a workout. Definitely be prepared to work hard!!! This is truly a work hard/play hard type of place!!! Stress-relieving Gym!!!

The Coach is very good, very knowledgeable, but the Class Always Starts Late- Classes are long but more then half the class is just Cardio. Dont expect start any real training until after an hour class starts- Also i got Cheated out of 2 weeks. Started the beginning of the month but got bill for half the month before cause of the billing cycle..
