This place is so amazing! The energy is always fun and up beat. I take kickboxing classes every week and I love the progress I've made in developing my skills. All of the instructors have their unique teaching styles and give helpful directions which I love! My body and mind are stronger than ever before. Thank you Centerline team!

I started working out at Centerline a few months ago, feeling like I was in fairly good shape, and quickly had my ass handed to me on a plate. Turns out that my workouts were limited to specific muscle groups. At Centerline I get to have a good whole body workout that moves my body in great new ways.

I have been training at Centerline for about a year and a half, and I am so pleased I found it! Not only am I in the best shape of my life, I move with more ease and confidence due to an improved mind/body connection. Sifu Collin Lieberman is an excellent instructor who is both challenging and kind, and all of my fellow students are wonderful to work with. Come check it out, you'll be glad you did!

After being out of the martial arts world for a long time, I found Jeet Kune Do at Centerline and couldn't be happier. Plus, I'm in better shape than I've been in over 15 years! Classes are designed to ensure a challenging workout regardless of your fitness level or experience with martial arts. Sifu Collin Lieberman has created a supportive, fun, challenging atmosphere. Centerline is, by far, one of the best martial arts schools I've been a part of-- my only regret is that I didn't find it sooner.
