The coach's are so caring and helpful. They help each and every student learn no matter the skill level. There's no better place around to learn juijitsui and not pay outrages prices.

This school and the instructors will show you the most support, encouragement, and friendship while at the same time challenging you to be better than you ever thought you could be. The two black belt instructors are so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and you can't beat the price (seriously though).

Team Jucao - New York is not only a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school, but a family. All are welcome and are treated with respect and kindness. Professor Nels, Professor Alan, and Professor James are incredibly knowledgeable in the art and give you the tailoring to you meet your own needs. Whether you are looking to get into shape, gain self-confidence, learn self-defense, or competition, you'll quickly see many people from different walks of life come to get together for one thing: Their love for jiu jitsu. I cannot recommend this school enough. If you are interested in learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, stop by and give them a chance.
