I started here in August 2016, just over a year ago, it feels like it is all starting to make sense, call me a little slow if you will. Mark is an amazing teacher, he starts with basics, gets your mind wrapped around fundamentals, and before you know it you will be flowing in ways you have never have even thought of. Like picking up a fork to eat, a thoughtless process. I'm in his MMJ class, it's a mixture of Japanese Jujitsu, Combat Jujitsu , and Judo. I've recently became interested in his Ninjutsu, one of the only qualified around, don't know enough yet to talk about it, maybe in another year. He's the most easy going guy I've ever meet, you would never believe he had a tool box full of goodies when the time calls for it. Great stress reliever, empty your mind, flow like loose ropes, move with precision, strike with convection, lock and show no fear. If your looking for a place this is it, its different, you must be humble yet confident to suceed. Best wishes

Great school for adults and children, Shihan has the experience and teaching abilities to guide anyone who is looking for a great self-defense style. He works great with kids, my daughter's look forward to class every week. He keeps it fun and age appropriate so they don't become bored. I would 100% recommend this school to both adults and children.

Professional experience, gentle approach with the children and good results. This type of martial arts teaches children and adults self-defense in real-life situations. These classes could eventually save you or your child's life.

A very practical self defense teacher. He is extremely skilled and works wonderfully with children. My children have been going for almost 2 years and have both learned more than I could have expected! Highly recommend it.

I really love the school. I have been there for over a year and I have learned a lot from Shihan Mark. He is a great teacher that works well with kids of all ages. I would recommend this school to anyone.
