Grand Master Benny Meng is one of the most Incredible Martial Artist I've ever had the pleasure to meet. If you want to reality base combat & self-defense training along with the best children's martial arts program you have come to the right place!

Good school to learn good stuff

I've practiced Martial arts several times throughout the years and I have to say this system is one of the best. It is a well documented, and very detailed whole life system. My family loves it here and I'm glad that my children are learning not only martial arts, but life lessons as well.

Hello internet - Year One update: Meng's offers a comprehensive Martial Arts Education - You will learn things you didn't even know - YOU NEED TO KNOW! And meet excellent people. And have fun. After acquiring food and shelter, there is no better way to spend your time. It’s my Kung Fu Birthday!!! A year ago, I would never have believed that the training and education I receive at Meng’s Martial Arts would result such significant improvements to my body, mind and spirit. I can think of no way to repay such meaningful contributions to my well being – but I’m told it’s the thought that counts so - Thank you Sifu! I am about four months into my training at Meng’s Martial Arts. I am seriously motivated by the schools approach to training which offers – a comprehensive curriculum, physical and academic segments in all classes, constant demonstrations creating a clear vision of how beginner training can grow to real skills and many class times to fit my schedule. I am sharing how I have benefited from training for others looking to improve themselves: • Physical conditioning – Fitness was my primary goal coming into the school. I knew that I would need an engaging activity like martial arts to meet this goal, given my past experience. Progress is going so well that I will soon need to buy a new wardrobe. • Revived intellect - The intellectual and philosophical topics presented in class have reawakened my interest in learning. • A renewed belief in excellence - I remember always striving to be excellent in academic and career pursuits. Over the years I have encountered many people that are interested in a superficial existence full of short cuts. This reality has dampened my resolve to achieve excellence. Meng’s offers me a constant example of the excellence I can achieve, with others who share the same goal. • Improved attitude – My wife tells I am more positive. (I thought I had a positive attitude the whole time but apparently not??) • FUN – I remember the great feeling of anticipation when I was a kid and I couldn’t wait for something- the first day of school, Christmas morning etc. Now, I often feel that way before class. (ok, some days I still want to stay on the couch – room for improvement) I didn’t focus on the truly amazing fighting skill I witness from Grand Master Meng and other instructors mostly because I’m still a beginner – but the awesomeness is inspiring. If you are cynical like me you may wait years before joining, thinking “I don’t need a schools help, the training probably won’t suit me anyway.” I now regret the years I drove by the school (on my way to Dairy Queen for a Blizzard) thinking - I really need to look into that.
