Walking through the doors to Iron & Soul for the first time, two months ago, was probably the best decision I made in regards to training. Justin is an awesome instructor who really cares about his students. He's able to break down the moves so even the beginners, like me, are able to understand and execute the moves fairly easily. I enjoy the atmosphere here, the other students are great training partners, who also care about how well you understand the moves that were taught. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to try out jiu jistu or to anyone who is looking to try out a different gym.

I'm new to martial arts. I asked around the area for recommendations and it was a clear decision where to go. I decided to make the leap last month and go to iron and soul. Everyone there has been so welcoming and knowledgeable. If your thinking about getting into a martial art I highly recommended jajitsu and iron and soul. I drive 30 mins 4x a week and it's worth every bit of the drive. I see myself doing jajitsu for the rest of my life. I cannot believe how rewarding it is on a daily basis! Do yourself a favor and try the free week out.

Honest and friendly people who genuinely care about providing quality training, techniques, and equipment. Not only great classes for kids, but also perfect for ladies looking to train or compete in an environment that's safe, respectful, and challenging as it's supposed to be. No contracts, just month to month payments based upon your sechulde makes Iron & Soul the best place I've ever trained Jiu-Jitsu at!
