Welcoming atmosphere and fantastic instruction. Felt comfortable as a beginner and Mr. Bundy has a way of building confidence while at the same time increasing the challenge as you learn. I've watched Mr. Bender teaching as well and it is clear the commitment to excellence exists at every level here. Been driving an hour to train here for 4 months now and I look forward to it each and every time. Highly recommend Team Bundy Gracie Jiu Jitsu!

Team Bundy offers a great variety of martial arts at a pace that anyone can adapt to. Beginners are ALWAYS welcome, and the atmosphere is definitely one of a kind. The coaching staff is very professional, and both Coach Bundy and Bender will make sure you are reaching your goals, whatever they may be, and they are both very people friendly. If you're new or seasoned to jiu-jitsu or any martial art, give them a shot, you won't regret it! If you're new to martial arts and you're indecisive, remember, every winner starts as a beginner. The best day to start training is today!

Top echelon training facility. Top notch, experienced, and amazingly knowledgeable instructors. Coach Bundy and Coach Micah are truly some of the best I've encountered in my MMA, BJJ, and self-defense experience. They have built an environment that the Gracie family should be proud to call their own.
