The staff genuinely cares about their students. They take the time to motivate and encourage them beyond class. Since starting at EMAA I have noticed a significant difference in the behavior of my nephew. We are grateful for the time and attention given to the whole family.

We visited several martial arts studios in Edmond and really liked EMAA. As a parent, I want my children to understand what respect and discipline are and how to defend themselves while building confidence. I also think that the instructor-student relationship is very important in succeeding. The instructors here are absolutely amazing! They know how to engage and set the standards in the Do-Jang - there is a time to play and a time to listen. My 6y/o takes the Warriors classes and wants to go every single day. They have a great program for the 7y/o and up where they have to represent a character trait outside of the Do-Jang and their school teachers and parents have to rate their ability to follow through on that. It is a wonderful incentive for my kids to work for that belt, plus helps me teach them responsibility. Each class has different times on each day and makes it a lot more convenient for us. Mr. Oliver and Mr. Anderson are absolutely wonderful with the kids, some people have that God given ability to pour love into these children and make them great! Not to mention Callie and Mr. Cardwell give a little sparkle to the place as well :) So glad we came across this place!! I highly recommend visiting at least once, you wont regret it!!
