I have attending for over 3 years now. The instructors are knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. They balance informal and formal instruction with equal measure. It has been a wonderful experience whether I am working one-on-one, working within a group, or sparing, everyone there is great. I could not have a picked a better system or a better school. I look forward to many more years with my martial arts family. I love and appreciate all of you.

I was looking for a place to train. I called and made an appointment to talk to the head instructor. He asked about my expectations and as I tried to answer he kept interrupting and telling me how that didn't answer his question or the new question he just asked. I told him very personal details about my struggles as a result of my service in the US military. He proceeded to insult me with comments about my life and how I couldn't answer his questions quickly enough when I was halfway into answering the first one. I showed this man common decently the entire time. He repeated at least 5 times, "This is a private school. Why should we accept you?" The tone of his voice and his body language indicated to me he thought I was beneath him as he continued to interrupt me as I answered. These people are abusive. I am glad I found out about this upfront before I gave them any money.

I started with them at the beginning of 2015 and had a health concern to deal with in addition to loss of self-confidence and strength along with increased weight. In the time I have studied there, I have enjoyed an incredible decline to the health issue with improved flexibility and strength. I have stabilized and reduced some weight having started about 170 and now because no 160. The workouts can be brutal, but they are fun and the group of people accepted in addition to the instructors are top notch. The best advice going in: know the outcomes you are looking for, communicate them clearly, and evaluate them regularly. The rest - practice, participation, and perspiration, are up to you.

Awesome place!!! My daughter's confidence has soared! She has been able to stand up to bullies at school. She absolutely loves going. Doc and Jack are dedicated to teaching and care about the physical, emotional and mental health of their kids. The best thing I did to help my daughter was bring her here!

Doc is my instructor and I am learning so much! My self-esteem has really gotten better since starting here. This place is like my second home and the people are my family. I am so glad I decided to join!
