AWESOME school! E4 has a welcoming and positive atmosphere that accommodates any jiu jitsu student. Whether you are training casually for fitness or looking to compete, the coaches will give you the direction and the support you need. The instruction is very clear and the coaches are always able to ensure all students understand concepts, regardless of experience level. It's very female friendly and there's no ego or drama! Love this place!

I made an unexpected move over to E4. It turned out to be a great move! The instruction is clear and engaging. Professor Jeremy, and his coach’s always take the time to ensure his students understand the concepts presented and they make sure you have fun doing it. Egos are checked at the door, and that makes for a drama-free, relaxed, environment, no matter your physical condition, age, or sex. If you have thought about trying Brazilian Jiujitsu, give this place a try. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

I absolutely LOVE this school! Everything from the atmosphere of the gym to the teammates you have here and the coaches’ level of attentiveness is amazing! Being a girl in jiu jitsu can be daunting but everyone at E4 is extremely helpful and has made me so excited about training! It feels like I have a whole other family. Can’t say enough great things about this place and their sister school Zombie!
