I am a visiting Brown Belt from south Mississippi. Gracie NEPA has a facility that is clean, has a very welcoming group, and has a solid Jiu-Jitsu program for all levels. This is now my place to train while visiting family here on vacation. I attended both regular classes and open mat. Instruction in regular class was detailed and checked all the boxes for a quality program. Open mat was fun and the head Black Belt Jeff was there is give insights and pointers to students to improve their next round. Thank you Gracie NEPA!

This is a special place. Gracie NEPA has an expert instructional staff and palpable community encouragement and support in it's patrons. This is real-world self-defense, taught by real-world experts in their craft. This is the type of organization where the proprietors and patrons practice together like family, to make one another better, youth and adults alike. Simply the best.

You will not find a better school in the Scranton Area for your kids to learn to deal with bullying. The instruction is top notch. The mat space is HUGE. Do you homework. Visit the other area schools. They can not offer what Grace NEPA offers. Jeff does not require contracts and there is a reason for it. He knows both you and your kids are going to want to come back, again and again. They learn real-life, effective skills, all while having fun. Before you sign anything with any of these other local "schools", visit Gracie NEPA. You will not regret it.

Great gym with super friendly people! If you live in the Scranton area I highly suggest checking these guys out. They love the martial art and are willing to help anyone who stood in the mat!
