Traditional training atmosphere with an emphasis on functional movement, and biomechanics.

I have been studying with Hamilton Sensei for over a quarter of a century, and had found him to be an excellent instructor and a one-of-a-kind good human being. There isn't anyone better I can think of in Japanese sword (kenjutsu, including sword history, reconstruction, and maintenance.) The karate techniques flow like water, hit like stone. The Okinawan weapons instruction (kobudo) is also a special treat. Make an appointment to visit.

Amazing experience with Hamilton-Sensei. This dojo is conducive to mind, body and spirit. Overall wellness is a high priority. The dojo is secluded with outdoor experiences that are unmatched. One on one instruction that is new and innovative. No one is teaching what Hamilton-Sensei is. The classes are smaller and in the evenings which is very easy to manage even with a tight schedule.
