Started here a few months ago. The BJJ instructor is a solid guy, out of this world teacher of the art, I cant say enough about him or his school. The students who attend, as a direct reflection on the staff, are the cream of the crop of the martial arts, but extremely humble and are just as willing to help you as the instructor are. I would recommend the Pride Lands to anyone who wants to learn, either as a beginner, or just someone who wants to take their mma experiences to the next level!!!!!

I strongly recommend this academy to law enforcement and military personnel. In addition to that I'd also recommend anyone who has an interest in grappling in general to this academy. Given the quality of instruction plus the gym environment there are few if any academies that can rival Pridelands.

I've trained at just about every gym in the area over the last 10 years. In my opinion there is not a better mix of judo, bjj, mma, submission wrestling and very skilled training partners and coaches all under one roof anywhere else. The training environment here is particularly special because the people are all awesome and there is a great team mentality. Everyone here goes out of their way to help you improve your game so you can in turn improve theirs. Gyms like these are few and far between and we are lucky to have a place like this in our area.

Pridelands BJJ is by far the best school I have ever been too. From beginner to advanced there is something here for everyone. I have been going here for awhile now and when my kids get old enough there going to go here also. Professor Ratchford has a crafty way of being able to break down instruction so everyone from children to adults can understand it throughly and still have fun. By FAR the best BJJ/Submission Grappling in the Area.

Best place to learn jiu jitsu in NEPA. The instructors are extremely friendly and helpful.
