If you want a good place to learn self-defense as well as getting a good workout, look no further. I have been coming here for several months and have made great strides in many aspects since the beginning. Mr. Solito is a great instructor who provides a welcoming atmosphere. He offers patient and constructive guidance as you progress both mentally and physically. The group classes are a good mix so that you are always learning something new. All of my classmates are very supportive as we all strive to improve. Highly recommend!

I recommend Rothrock's to anyone who is seeking martial arts training. Mr. Solito and Master Rothrock are great teachers who challenge you to improve every class. They both care a great deal for their students and have a good balance of patience and discipline. This is a place that will not only help you get into shape, but will help you be a better person. Everyone who trains here is positive and we challenge each other to improve. I have made some great friends and always look forward to my next training session.

I've been attending Mr. Solito's classes for about six months now. In short, the experience so far has been an absolute blessing to me in many ways. The classes will stretch you mentally and physically. You'll leave drenched in sweat. You'll be sore. But you'll have so much fun in the process, especially in the relaxed atmosphere that Mr. Solito and his staff provide. With a lineage stretching back centuries, you'll never run out of things to learn, or room to grow. It's worth every penny and more.

Michael Solito has been my instructor for Wu Style Tai Chi. Michael is a professional that consciously creates a supportive, inspiring and evenly paced instructional environment...and because this is a lineage holder’s facility...you can be confident that the postures being taught, are centuries old...not the newest ‘hot’ fad in fitness. Every class includes...gentle warm-ups, deep breathing exercises, rooting, Tai Chi massage, and practicing various Tai Chi postures are what you can expect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great place to exercise with very nice people - Good for balance and flexibility - has helped with my knee and shoulder pain.
