During the 2 years that I (Nikki) attended, I thought it was a great program. I couldn't have asked for better instructors! I really should have jumped in on the FLAG (Fight Like A Girl) program when I had the chance but now, alas, I've moved away. I highly recommend this martial arts school, which is great for small children through adults of all ages. I was always highly impressed with how the Tiny Tigers (for children) was run. This school is founded on excellence and discipline, like any good martial arts school MUST be, but I discovered that there is a heart for the students not to just excel at their own pace but really love what they are doing and learning. You won't get any belt you haven't earned, but you will be both stretched and encouraged as you progress. This is a great program for people of all levels of martial arts experience.

I LOVE this class! It's a great program with great instructors. Why go to the gym and workout? You get a workout here plus learn self defense....the perfect multitask combination! 😁
