Mr. Weber and his team are THE BEST. I got into it to get fit (not a young chick here) and I just love it. You work at your own pace and there is tons of support. The people are wonderful. So much fun. AWESOME kids' programs too! Check it out.

Top-notch martial arts training! My daughter has been taking Taekwondo here for over a year. Not only do the GLAD students learn the art, but also how to be a leader, how to be humble, and how to be honorable. In addition, my wife, other daughter, and myself take their cardio kickboxing classes. This kickboxing class is no joke. Beach Body workouts might prepare you for this, but cannot compare. The evening classes are hardcore, and in January 2018 they are staring easier morning classes. My wife and I are also learning Krav Maga. We've been students since it started in July of 2017, and let's just say we're hooked. It's an amazing program to test your will, your resolve, and will open your eyes to the world we all wish would change. We train to walk in peace. Part of the Krav curriculum involves tactical pistol training, which can take you from not being familiar with a pistol, to hitting your mark when it matters. I can't say enough about Weber's ATA in Grove City. I've lost over 35 pounds and can wear clothes that haven't fit in 4 years. If you want to become a better version of yourself, please join us. Tell them I sent you, and I'll meet you there for class!
