A quick look at the photos and videos from inside the classes shows exactly how much passion all the instructors have for teaching and helping people. Furthermore it's the culture of the school that I enjoy the most. So happy to see everyone working together and building each other up. Thank you for everything you've helped me learn both on and off the mat!

I joined East West 8+ years ago now to lose weight and get in shape. It worked. I lost 40 pounds and have (mostly) kept it off for 8 years. I'm in perhaps the best shape of my life. And the self-defense is a very nice plus. I think three things recommend the program. First, it really is a good, challenging, but enjoyable workout. The fun is important, because it allows folks to keep at their workouts for years. Some of the senior students have been training for well over a decade. It's sufficiently enjoyable that my entire family trains at East West. A colleague at work refers to that as our "powerful family dynamic" - a major plus for us. If you're drawn to the martial arts as a physical art form, some students have become good enough to compete in national tournaments (alas, not me). Second, there is a cooperative, family-style atmosphere that is strongly fostered and suffuses the whole school, from the senseis down to the newest students. Folks genuinely look after and help one another. I've found fast friends among the students. Finally, I thought East West was an important developmental influence, both physically and emotionally, for my son during his elementary, middle school and high school years. Kudos to instructors and students alike.

My 9 year old son and 20 year old daughter are both students at East West Karate in Warminster. I absolutely LOVE the place. The program centers around respect and family. The family atmosphere is truly incredible - for instance, in May they offer free fitness classes for mom's. They have sleepovers a few times a year for the kids and my son loves them. Most importantly is the focus it has taught my son. He started at age 5, and I have seen a tremendous improvement in focus on schoolwork and direction at home, not just at karate. I highly recommend martial arts training for children, and personally, I think East West is the best place in our area for it!

The staff there are always polite and courteous. They are very good with the kids and are always willing to lend an ear to find out how the kids are at home. I am always greeted with a smile and a handshake. Would recommend to friends.

EWK is wonderful! Our entire family participates! The kids have gained amazing confidence and skills. My husband and I enjoy the fitness and self defense. The entire staff are great and the positive environment is amazing to be involved in!
