My son and I have been going to RFC for three months now and we are really enjoying it. We were looking for a gym where we could learn boxing skills and get a good workout. RFC has been a perfect fit for us. Rob and Coach Joe are great at providing instructions and pushing us throughout the class.

I've been a member for almost a year and plan on continuing my training for years to come. Boxing has certainly helped me improve in many aspects of my every day life (physical health, diet, etc.) and the skills I've learned in a short amount of time are awesome!!! Rob is a great coach and creates a great atmosphere unlike any other gym I've ever been to.

I have always wanted to try boxing, not big gym "Cardio boxing" but real boxing. When I found Rob's Fight Club I knew I found my place to do that. Coach Rob is fantastic with motivating and adapting to your particular fitness level. He'll push you to go that extra round or throw another 10 jabs and you'll know you're getting fitter and faster. For anyone looking to try boxing, Kickboxing, and other great fight sports Rob's Fight Club is the place to go!

RFC is great!!! I joined a little less than a year ago, and have learned so much and seen positive changes in my body, attitude, and self confidence. I was bored with traditional cardio and strength training. I wanted to try something different and I found that at RFC. Coach Rob along with the rest of the coaching staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Not only do you get a fantastic workout, you also learn a skill. There are many great classes and convenient times, so it works with everyone's schedule.
