I train here as a guess when I'm in town. Excellent BJJ with all skill levels. This is where I would roll if I still lived in western PA.

I stop at High Ground Jiu-Jitsu any time I'm in the area. It's my home away from home.

Great place to train. Class is very profitable and well worth the cost. Gym is always clean and well taken care of. Wouldn't train anywhere else.

HGJJ is an awesome place to train with great people. It is a safe environment that promotes learning and progressing in Jiu Jitsu. Absolutely not a school filled with meat head douchebags. You can go to class, train hard, learn something new, and still be able to go to work the next day. There is a full spectrum of training partners from beginners to advanced to train with.

I have traveled to many different Martial Art gyms along the East Coast and I have to say High Ground Jiu-Jitsu is one of the best facilities I have ever been too. They specialize in Jiu-Jitsu Grappling but offer classes in Mix Martial Arts as well. The classes give you the feeling as though it's personalized towards you and the instructors take the time to meet with every student to make sure you understand the concept and purpose of everything they teach. They have Gi and no Gi classes to study from and open mat days where Martial Artist can get together and work on what they've learned. The environment is really safe and the people who go there create a family like atmosphere which is very welcoming and makes the classes more exciting. I would recommend High Grounds Jiu-Jitsu to anybody.
