Wonderful school in a great location! They are right off of 309 and the facility is huge, compared to other training facilities I have seen before. My daughter is currently enrolled in the BJJ classes and from day one was very comfortable, as there were multiple kids (boys and girls) in the class for her to train/interact with. In a very short period of time she has learned a great deal and has grown in her level of confidence. The class format is warm-ups, instructional teaching on moves or technique, followed by partner breakout and application, and closeout with grappling. Rich Latta is very welcoming and oversees everything to ensure it is a warm and family type of environment. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and passionate in their teaching. I would highly recommend!
