I started training here when I was 6. It was by far one of the best training and growing experiences I have ever had in my life. I learned discipline and found the strength in myself I never knew I had. When you train here for so long everyone becomes like family. I absolutely loved training here and would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it.

Awesome. Every single class is awesome. I started taking classes as part of the W&J physical education requirement but I quickly realized it is a great way to unwind after a long day. The skills I learned are very practical for self defense and the instructor mark is great working with you. I highly recommend.
