Nathanael has the rare gift of possessing both a mastery of martial art technique and an intrinsic understanding of how and why techniques work. Add to this the ability to communicate effectively, and practical experience with the psychological side of learning, and you have a unique individual. This collection of skills is a rare commodity in any teacher, but particularly so in a martial art instructor. In a field where most teachers do more demonstrating than actual teaching, Nathanael is a breath of fresh air. My knowledge and skills improved rapidly while working with him.

Nathanael a kind, insightful and compassionate facilitator that makes you feel comfortable and safe working through the process to find clarity and peace. I am new to 'The Work' and am enthusiastic about how simple and powerful the process can be. I'm still learning to be completely open and honest without filters. Having someone like Nathanael and his gracious guidence is exactly what I needed.

Absolutely conducive to learning and growth. I have just begun to train and I have already gained so much. A true mind body and spirit workout. Growing and learning in all aspects. I personally want it all, but no matter if you want a martial art or a functional skill set, it is all offered here.

This is definitely the place to be if you're interested in martial arts and you live in the Dallas area! Integral Martial Arts includes much more than just kicking and punching. Not only do I get a killer physical workout, but a mental, psychological, and even spiritual one as well. If this type of holistic cross-training resonates with you, then come train with us.
