I love the kickboxing classes! It has been one of the best workouts I have ever done. I have done kickboxing off and on for the past few years, I am very happy to get back into it. I joined Round Rock Fitness Kickboxing on a trial basis, but I knew I wanted to sign up just after my first class :). The instructors are very friendly and easy to work along with. It has been awhile so I was a little rusty on some of the moves but the instructors were there ready to help any way they could. Everyone in class is super nice and it’s always a fun and enjoyable workout! It’s only been a couple months but I am already seeing a change and I look forward to each week I get to go to kickboxing! :)

I started the kickboxing class several months ago. I love love love it. Each class is challenging and fun. The instructors are fun, the music is hopping, and the classmates are always supportive. It is truly my favorite way to get in shape and have fun. I am not a super fit person, and still I fit in! We have classmates of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. All are welcome!

I recently signed up for the Kickboxing classes and love it! I haven't worked out in a while but the instructors are nothing but encouraging and friendly and happy to help. It is an amazing workout and it's the first workout where I've actually looked forward to going to the gym.

My son loves it. It is a bit on a pricey side so I wish it would have at least 45 minute classes instead of 30.

I just started kickboxing a little over a month ago. It has been such a great place to start. The instructors are very comforting and take the time to make sure you know exactly what you are doing and feel confident doing it. I think the price is extremely reasonable and it is definitely worth it. The warm up alone is such a great work out!
