This is the most intense, functional, immediately applicable to every day life, form of self defense I have ever encountered. They are beyond professional, and genuinely care that their students learn the proper techniques. Especially for women!! You think you can't take someone twice your size down??? Think again ladies!!! In this day and age, you can never be too prepared to defend yourself or your family. I would highly recommend this school and these instructors to team up with in great haste to prepare your entire family for whatever may come your way. Beyond stellar!! I'm hooked!! So are my kids!

I have attended this school for several months. Soon to be 67 years old, I had a concern that the training would be too much for me. It is not too hard on my body at all. I am learning some great new skills, staying in better shape and keeping my joints more limber. The teacher(Kirk) is extremely well trained and a great instructor. I have taken other martial arts over the years. Krav Maga is much more "up close and personal" than the others and I look forward to my continued growth in this Art. He offers noon classes, night classes and on Saturdays Tactical training. If you are interested, come watch a class. I think you will be glad that you did.

MUST JOIN!! Whether your a beginner or have had training before, Keller Self Defense is tailored to all levels. Male, female or youth. The gym is clean and welcoming. The owner and instructor (Kirk) is very professional and patient. I signed myself (36) and my daughter (12) up not knowing what to expect, neither of us has ever had any self defense or weapons training. Wow, intense stuff. Fun and challenging. Learning how to defend against real life situations. If your thinking of taking Krav Maga for self defense, self confidence or a way to improve your health, you will accomplish it here. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed. It's all my daughter and I talk about and we are enjoying the benefits and time together.

I went to the Women's seminar and was amazed at how much I learned so I started taking the Women's Self Defense classes. I've been going about a month and every class teaches me something new. The instructor is patient and knowledgeable. He doesn't baby you but he doesn't make you feel like an idiot either. Lol I was really nervous before I started because I couldn't convince any girlfriends to go with me and it's way out of my comfort zone but I'm so glad I tried it! I won't be missing a class anytime soon!
