This is a great family oriented gym, and we look forward to returning every week. There is not an ego in the place. My son and I have been attending together for over 4 months now, primarily for Jiu Jitsu, and starting to progress into other disciplines. We feel great, have lost weight, and every week we are getting stronger, more knowledgeable, increase our endurance, and are more well disciplined. The best part of it is that we get to do this together! Sensei Reyes is an amazing teacher with decades of experience teaching for competition as well as street application and personal defense in multiple disciplines. Having competed for many years prior to teaching he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to every lesson. I can't say enough good things about the dojo, suffice it to say that my 15 year old and myself 40+ equally look forward to going every day.

When the teacher asks the children, “What is the biggest room in the world?” the well-trained students will respond, “The room for improvement”. Spartan fit mma.us was born out of the idea that there is room for improvement in how we teach the mix martial arts to children and adults. There are many benefits derived from the long-term study of the mix martial arts. Self-discipline and perseverance are exactly what we teach. These goals can be accomplished when our students continue lessons. SPARTAN FIT MMA Curriculums are designed to be fun and educational martial arts skill sets, as well as enrich our life with unique benefits. In developing the curriculum we asked ourselves, “what do children in today’s world really need and how can martial arts fulfill those needs?” The Curriculum is diverse in its approach to nurture, entertain and motivate students. We also designed it to be easy, but challenging, to learn. The curriculum serves as a foundation to teach and build life basic skills. It is a tool to help students learn with a fun, effective and educational approach. It contains lessons in intensity, manners, anger management, non-violent conflict resolution, anatomy and physiology, history, goal setting, public speaking, and team building. We call this approach to balancing education and technique an “edutainment-based curriculum”. Our number-one priority on the list is life skills education for children.

Great Dojo for both Kids and Adults. Sensei Reyes has the years of experience and the knowledge to meet your fitness goals. Kids can benefit from Youth MMA and BullyProof Classes while Adults can benefit from Adult MMA, Adult Boxing, Personal Training Classes. My son has been going for three weeks and his teacher at school let me know she has seen an improvement in his mannerisms and willingness to try harder towards goals. He is already a good kid but he is now doing more on his own and I know it's because of this dojo!!! Sensei Reyes is amazing and teaches them proper etiquette in a dojo and respect. I am so glad we chose to come here. I did a lot of homework and tried a few places. This is by far the best in the area!!!

I absolutely love the place. It is a great workout and also leaves me feeling like a beast when I leave. The instructor, Master Reyes, is absolutely amazing and also you make some great friends. This is probably my favorite place to go during the weak. I think everyone should give this a shot!
