Best workout I have ever experienced. I have finished my 6 week and I feel a lot stronger and have lots of energy. I will be honest and say that in the beginning I wasn't a fan. The gold personality in me didn't like that it was unorganized, I was confused and everyone was everywhere. I almost didn't go back after the first week. But once I figured out the flow of things everything worked out. My advice is don't give up. It will get hard but you will become a better you. Remember that everyone there was once a beginner. They once struggled. If you are ready to change your life this is the place to be. The staff is great, people there are nice. I think Im even ready for my first fight (Im TOTALLY kidding). Thank you to everyone at Eagles Nest you are awesome.. Yall make working out fun!!
