I highly recommend this gym to all ages. Weather you are just looking for a good workout, or to train any of the many martial arts they offer. This gym is very welcoming and good for all level's. Ive been to a few other gyms in Houston and the surrounding areas, and hands down this is by far the best MMA gym I've been to. They offer a variety of classes to choose from and all the instructors are great at what they do. The staff here is always looking to help you in whatever you may be trying to improve on, and I couldn't ask for a better gym to be apart of.

I have been training jiu jitsu here for almost 4 years. I couldnâ€™t of picked a better place. Between professors Joe and Jason, they teach a great mix of solid fundamentals and new age techniques. The Soliz family do a great job of running the gym and making you feel welcome as soon as you walk though the door. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants to learn martial arts or to just get in shape.

My son Lincoln has been going to TX 3rd Coast MMA for over 2 years now and it has been the absolute best decision we have ever made.We could not be happier with the profession, physically, and mentally, he has made while training here.Keep up the amazing work Professor Joe, Coach Jason and Ms. Pat, so glad we are apart of ya's future.

Joining this gym has been the best decision Iâ€™ve made in my life! This gym is very welcoming and family-oriented. The instructors, Professor Joe and Coach Jason really uphold their standards in the quality of teaching. Theyâ€™re skilled and dedicated and caters to every individual no matter the level of skill theyâ€™re at. Their kids program is also top notch, one of the best Iâ€™ve ever seen! They offer a variety of classes such as Jiu Jitsu, Jeet Kune Do, Boxing, Kickboxing, Submission Grapplingâ€¦etc. whether youâ€™re just looking for a good workout or learn some self defense, this is the perfect place for you. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! men, women and children alike

I came as an exchange student to America and searched for a MMA Gym. I found one after a while, Tx 3rd COAST MMA and I started to love it after the first class. The Instructors and people are awesome, they are open minded, nice and great teachers. Everybody helps each other it is like a family. The building for its own is insane, the structure with the windows is giving you an incredible view on the near river. The gym a wide spectrum of classes, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Womenâ€™s Self Defense as well as for men and Fitness classes. The gym also offers Kidâ€™s classes and private training. Iâ€™m trying to attend every class I can and because of the good schedule it is possible to be there everyday. If you want to compete in MMA or any other martial art the coaches are going to lead you in the right direction, train and prepare you. At the end I can recommend the gym to everybody who is interested in workingout, martial arts, competing and loosing weight as well.
