This gym is legit. Great boxing with an actual ring, plenty of bags, great coaches and plenty of sparring. The bjj is great, very technical and excellent coaching. Whatever sport you want the coaches constantly find competitions and if you are looking to compete this is the gym for you. Everyone seems cool and wants to help. The price is definitely affordable and well worth it. It's a great environment combined with the right coaches. It's also open often times if you're just looking to hit a bag or whatever you can. Great place.

Of all fighting gyms I have been to, i.e. Legends Boxing, Title Boxing, Round One, plus walk ins in a few others. This gym has been the easiest to work around with my constant crazy busy life schedule. I've gotten more one on one time here than with any other gym and what's great is they also have a CrossFit gym all for one price. Friendly helpful staff. On your first day they let you come and participate in a bit actual class with then vs them just giving you a little tour. Only issue I have with it is their schedule. With a hectic work schedule it's hard to find time to go to work with a boxing instructor especially if you work at nights. If you have looked at their class schedule and find something that works great for you, then by all means this is the place to go.

I love this place! Every day I work out at factum I get a full complete body workout. I leave totally exhausted, but who can complain about my gains??

I have a high school kid who wanted to get practice before his wrestling season started. He had his own money CASH for 3 months. Would not let him sign up unless he had 6 months cash. He is a high school kid, and he couldn't do 6 months because his wrestling season would start In 2 and a half months. They said he could go month to month on a credit//debit card which he does not have. The fact that a kid with cash cant go in and get service because he cant do 6 months and doesn't have a credit/ debit card is absurd!!! He works hard to earn and save his money to spend at your establishment. He also had friends that wanted to train before the season started. I will definitely let ALL the parents know of the poor customer service my son received at Factum!! AGAIN HE ONLY NEEDED 3 MONTHS TOTAL!! not paying 6 months for 3, nor auto withdrawal when he has cash, so you can pull for months he's not attending your gym!
