Learning Taekwondo here is great. They teach you well enough and if you have questions, they will answer them for you. The equipment is great; it helps with learning and conditioning. However, to learn Taekwondo, you definitely need a lot of money to pay for everything, like paying monthly for regular classes, uniform, and color belt testing every 3 months. Also, when you get your green belt, you're required to start sparring classes, and you need gear for that and, of course, the gear costs money. So if you really want to learn Taekwondo here, make sure to have plenty of money because the stuff here at the studio can be pricey. Still, ever since I started learning Taekwondo, I got stronger, smarter, and more confident in my life. This is the only Taekwondo studio I've ever been to, but I'm pretty sure there are other great places to learn Taekwondo. You're free to explore other Taekwondo studios to decide which one looks the best for you to learn Taekwondo.

I got my first degree at BST. It is a fantastic school. Love it 100%

This studio works hard to create a supportive, family-like environment that is focused on helping children grow into responsible young adults. It's about more than the ninja moves--it's about empowering kids to take responsibility for their actions and learn self-discipline. It's also super fun.

I absolutely love how well organized you are! There are lots of questions and details when signing up, and all the staff knows everything! Everyone is very friendly, wanting to help my child succeed, and really cares about what they are teaching. I love the environment and that my son is a part of it!

This has been great for my girls. Both started when they were 3 in the Tigers program, and my older one has since graduated to Ninjas and then to the regular kids program. There were times when I struggled as a parent because my older daughter was so uncoordinated, but Master Sorenson helped me to have patience and stick to it, and while my girl will never be naturally gifted, she has learned so much about how to practice and work hard, and has even won awards for effort and dedication, which has been amazing. My younger daughter, on the other hand, is getting a completely different set of skills. She is sometimes too coordinated for her own good, especially because her focus is lacking. At the beginning just getting through a class was an accomplishment, but now she is a pretty good example most of the time. I love seeing the lessons my girls learn, and the confidence they have to just be themselves. The words of the week are my favorite because the kids learn a word and then ways they can practice it that week, which lets me also talk about things at home that I maybe wouldn't think about. After the word "healthy" my older daughter is now willing to at least try each new food, and sometimes even passes up on treats because she's trying to eat less sugar... and this from my sugar baby! Something is getting through and I love it! :)
