Best Capoeira and Mestre in UTAH!!! You will not regret it. The people in the group are friendly, fun and very welcoming. I have about 5 years doing capoeira in Volta Miuda, Salt Lake City, Ut and it has been one of the best experience of my life. Capoeira needs a lot of patience and lots of practice and you can get all that here! Big studio to practice! pls come by and sign up! Capoeira is life!!

Great! We are so fortunate to have Capoeira taught here in the Salt Lake Valley by such experts in their field. Hope to see Capoeira gain momentum and be bigger than the other martial arts.

Most positive and uplifting experience of my life! This is an amazing group of talented, accepting individuals. The most motivating way to exercise without feeling like you're exercising! I've been training for almost 10 years now and have always felt at home with this group. Mestre Jamaika is an incredible teacher who is respected around the world. He is a true representative of this amazing art form, and delivers an authentic experience. He's also so great with kids, I love to see him teach our next generation!

This has been the most welcoming and Knowledge giving martial arts school I've ever attended. The classes are taught by the very talented and awesome Mestre Jamika. He makes the learning process a very fun and easy one. I love the family and community feel that I get when I go to class there. Would recommend this place to any one and every one.
