The most unprofessional MMA gym I've ever stepped foot in. The head instructor is totally disrespectful and kicked me out of the gym dropping the F-bomb over and over during the kids to jitsu class all because I showed up and some shorts of a MMA gym I had trained with FIVE YEARS EARLIER. There is absolutely no way I would want my children learning from instructors like THAT. Even though all the fighters I met we're extremely nice your money and training would be in much better hands elsewhere, and I mean literally anywhere

This place is great! We come 6 Days a week. It's not just a gym to us. It's a family. My husband, son and I all three train here, and receive the best training we have ever had! Learned so much, and continue to grow daily. Everyone is welcome, and everyone is always helping each other and striving for the best in everyone! We are truly a team and family!!

Ive known Aldo since 2006 and I have trained at many gyms in this state and Gyms in 4-5 others. Ive trained with the army's boxing team Germany where I was stationed, other gyms off base in Germany too. Trained on a NATO base in Afghanistan including qiality fighters and coaches from the US, Great Britain, and other European countries stationed there (awesome experience). So I've been around the block. I've seen good and mostly bad mma gyms in my opinion bc the environment and overall vibe there was a turn off. Aldo is the best kickboxing instructor in the state. Not only on paper, his resume (2 time world champion, kickboxing. Purple belt in jits). He has the gift of coaching. (Just cause someone is an expert in something it doesn't mean they're a good coach). Most people could agree with that. His natural ability to know how far to push someone (everyone has different limits) for improvement purposes and to increase conditioning, that ability is uncommon. He has another unique ability like I've never seen; He will work with someone by helping them do their best with their "style" and freedom of trying different things a traditional coach wouldn't or they'd be closed off by the idea or possibly offended. Most other coaches have strict form expect you not to not deviate from( so copying the coaches style). That's been my experience anyway. He instead helps people develop an authentic stylistic style what's called unconventional. We've all seen those awkward-moving (unconventional) fighters and yet they compete on the highest level in the world. He teaches the fundamentals flawlessly and assists in corrections to help, and insists on proper form/movement to protect yourself, yet he works with your "style" or what u do naturally too. but at the same time he helps eliminate the bad habits to make you better. He's tactfully blunt and honest when one asks his opinion on progress and ways for improving. I like that. It's what u pay for. If u don't want to get better or in better shape buy a cardio kickboxing VHS and do that instead. Lol He's trained and developed UFC fighters that started with a wrestling background is all and now they're UFC or Belletor caliber fighters. He's train professional boxers, as many people whose won prestigeous jits tournaments as well. Well-rounded gym. His other coaches are excellent too. Aldo is an excellent kids coach. Very good with kids of all ages 5+. My six year old daughter adores ballet and loves tumbling even enjoyed kickboxing classes. She's since moved on to different interests but at the time she enjoyed it. The environment is what makes OneHitt awesome. It's not the typical "fight club" gym people imagine when they think of a typical MMA gym. At least this one isn't. (I've been to plenty that fit that stereotype). There's competitors who fight/compete and there's moms/dads that go for losing weight with no interest in competing. Young Moms go to get in shape and build confidence. It's a diverse group of all ages and goals for WHY they go. They offered a 1 week trial pass (at least they used to) so one can see if it's a good fit. Worth a try

Great facility, strong staff and team, lots of support. In my opinion aldo is the best striking coach in the state. Affordable compared to other gyms as well.

Rude and unprofessional I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
