Bobby Lawrence Karate in Spanish Fork has professional and experienced instructors. The teaching methods are extremely effective. I can see in a matter of weeks the improvement in students. They learn about respect and self discipline and show an ability to focus their energy into positive action. It's a great environment. The skills the students learn translate into a positive force in all other areas of their lives.

Staff are professional and friendly. Excellent programs available for a broad age range. My 3 year old is doing great, we love the discipline and respect focus in his classes. It is a great environment for him to learn in. I (26 year old male) have been greatly enjoying the classes. The program is well designed, easy for a beginner to catch on and keep pace with other students.

Bobby Lawrence- about self discipline, physical health, respect and courtesy for self and others, kindness, self confidence. It has made a difference for 2 of our kids in different areas. My youngest daughter was having major anger and self control issues, so looking for education, training and a physical outlet led us to Bobby Lawrence Karate. Months later my 12 year old son expressed interest and we enrolled him. He is both shy and introverted and his self confidence was pretty low. He has grown so much in the last few months in this area as well as getting healthier. He goes around the house practicing his kicks instead of walking. BLK does a 2 class private starter lesson to see if the person is truly interested. I would highly recommend this karate studio. The teachers care about the kids and are enthusiastic and fun and definitely know what they are doing.

Won a Birthday party at Bobby Lawrence Karate. Didn't know what to expect but since it was free we gave it a try. Best experience ever!!! The instructor was great with the kids and kept their attention the whole time. Very impressive. Would definitely book again.

Bobby Lawerance Karate helped me with so much in my life. Not only did it help me stay active, but it helped me understand how to have self-discipline and to focus. Going to Bobby Lawerance Karate has been the best seven years of my life!
