Absolutely fantastic instruction. Also teaches a free women self defense class regularly! It's like a family here. Everyone brings you in as family here. Also very affordable compared to other gyms! They carry military/ emergency worker discounts and student discounts! It's like a second home to me!

although I don't train here I know the owners very well . I do visit quite often and it is a very good place to train. the people are very friendly, courteous ,the atmosphere is superb. the instructors have a very close bond with the students and I think that is very important . they train in many aspects of martial arts so you can get any type of training your looking for. they also offer woman's self defense classes and that is very important for woman in todays life. on many occasions I have watched the folks train and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone . totally awsome place to train!!

UFAI has extremely skilled instructors who truly want to see you develop your skills. They put in so much of their own time to help develop others and reach out to the community; it's abundantly clear that this is their passion. They are extremely welcoming and kind, and will make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. I am so glad I found these people!
