Great coaches with real world experience, passing on their love of martial arts and combat sports. Their instruction is straight to the point and "ego" free. Their kids program, Samurai Scouts, is a fun, instructive way to get kids off of the couch and engaged in their own lives. The coaches work with small groups to ensure that the kids are getting the best instruction possible. The kids are learning core martial arts skills but they are also learning to overcome adversity (which of course builds character and confidence). The outdoor component is a refreshing way to get kids curious about the world outside of traditional school environments. The gym is promoting conflict resolution, citizenship and a love of hands on learning that will last a lifetime. It is by far the best program I have found for my kids.

Total Victory is my new favorite place to be, for many reasons. After a couple of months of training here I have already seen huge progress in my levels of fitness and self defense skills. This is due to the high class facility and the many qualified instructors of each class. Every coach knows how to evaluate the goals you have and how to guide you along the path to success. Whether it be Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, CrossFit or all three, you will be able to train each style either as a beginner or at the highest level. All members and instructors are very welcoming, friendly, and supportive. Total Victory MMA & CrossFit is perfect for all ages and can meet everyone's needs for fitness, self defense, and/or competition. I am extremely satisfied with my time here at Total Victory and I believe anyone looking to improve themselves will find a perfect fit here as well.

This truly is a place of world class instruction where the coaches have actually accomplished something and continue to do so. Since joining Total Victory in August of 2011 I have lost 60 pounds, and have competed in two grappling tournaments. The coaches here will push you as hard as you want to be pushed to reach your individual goals, and expectations. This place is truly a home to all those who enter with the right attitude and dedication. Total Victory MMA has more than exceeded my expectations, and the gym itself is on the verge of exploding out onto the Mixed Martial Arts scene as a major player not only in Virginia but around the country as well.

The best thing about Total Victory is you get first hand knowledge from coaches and students who have tested and proved themselves all over the world! Don't let this intimidate you though, Coach Womack will put you on track to reach your goals at a speed you're comfortable with. I'll admit I was intimidated when I thought about taking martial arts classes. I even put them off for over a year. Finally a friend convinced me to try it out and I was hooked! Everyone was super friendly and eager to help out with any questions I had. Just walk through the front door, you'll know you're in the right place
