They have the friendliest environment. They're after school program is a life saver! They get the kids to do all their homework and then teach them how to be respectful and honest, along with the martial arts.

I've been training at Family Martial Arts Center for over 6 years and I continue to be impressed! The instructors are highly skilled, yet approachable, martial artists with plenty of experience teaching martial arts to kids and adults. Just the two head instructors alone have a combined total of well over half a century of martial arts experience. The learning environment at FMAC is motivational, encouraging, and positive no matter what a student's skill level is when they walk in the door. We learn a lot of practical self-defense that can be applied in real life situations. Have I mentioned that martial arts training is a great work-out? I have 3 kids, I'm well into my 30s, and I am in the BEST physical and mental shape of my life. I highly recommend any of the programs at Family Martial Arts Center from the summer camps, to the after school program, to the themed Ninja Nights (parent's night out!), to any of the martial arts training classes (adults' Kenpo, kids' Kenpo, Little Dragons, kickboxing, etc). They even let you try your first class for free!

Great school! Entire family has been training there for close to 3 years. It is a true American Kenpo school with some added flavor of a couple different types of arts. FMAC will teach you very effective self defense while helping to keep you in physical condition. I highly recommend FMAC for anybody looking for a great martial arts school, while maintaining a safe, family friendly environment.

Great atmosphere, great people, and great teachers. Sensei Jim is an amazing teacher and hilarious. And Sensei Jimmy is a remarkable person.

Our son has been going to FMAC for the past 4 1/2 years and he truly enjoys Sensei Jim, Sensei Jimmy and Senpai Beth. They have truly emphasized the family portion of FMAC! If anyone is truly looking for a place to bring their children and/or want to take up martial arts, look no further! This is definitely the place to go. Fantastic classes, outstanding sparring and great summer camps! Can't beat it, which is why my son will continue to here.
