Mr. Rainey is a 9th degree black belt who still loves to teach white belts and marvels at their ability to learn. He is a patient teacher that informs as well as instructs. I have found him to be one of the best I have ever come across in 34 years of being involved in martial arts. In the Seattle/Tacoma area, one would be hard pressed to get better than this great martial artist, teacher and person.

Mr. Rainey is a living legend... it would be a travesty not to learn from this man... almost like having the chance of training with Bruce Lee and saying " I could have" don't wait.... Mr Rainey is one of the most inspirational life changing people i have ever met... It is well worth the conversation...Change your life.. make the call, meet the Man...

Very nice facility, the instructors are kind and courteous. The senior teacher is the ninth degree black belt. You don't find that at other schools the experience in Kenpo Karate here is above and beyond. I highly recommend this Dojo.

Mr. Rainey is a master of kenpo who teaches with patience and creativity. His style and focus is on the student and helping them learn self defense in the real world while maintaining the techniques of Kenpo. He's a great teacher and a kind man. I highly recommend his school.

AC Rainey's Kenpo Karate studio is one of the most professional studios in the business, and Mr. Rainey is one of the most affluent black belts around. Mr. Rainey is a 9th degree black belt, and he is the "real deal" in the martial arts. He is famous in karate circles throughout the country and abroad. If you want to learn how to defend yourself, and I mean really defend yourself, his studio is the place to train. His amazing fighting skills are only surpassed by his gentlemanly character.
