The place is so safe and clean to learn Hapkido which is so helpful and useful for learning self-defense and keeping good health. The teacher, Master Yi, is so well-trained and experienced to teach it. Through his teaching, I reduced 15 pounds in one month, and I can get a good health status and good looking as if I go back to my 15 years-ago status. To whom likes to go back to their best health and looking, I strongly recommend to take Kwon Moo Hapkido classes at least for 1 or 2 months. I guarantee you will get it !

Iâ€™ve only ever done two other martial arts before in my life (including Karate in middle and high school, which I say still counts), so by no means am I an expert on this, but if there is one thing that makes this place stand out, itâ€™s the teacher (Master Yi), and how he carries himself and teaches his students. He has a remarkable calm and a deliberate focus when he speaks, and his actions seem sort of effortless. I mean, if the purpose of martial arts is about developing self-discipline and awareness, you probably want someone teaching you that really has those qualities. To be honest I thought titles like â€œmasterâ€ seemed a little corny, but a spending some time around Master Yi, you really get the sense that heâ€™s really â€œmasteredâ€ something internally. Worth checking out!!

As a new student of Master Yi, I am impressed with his teaching style and encouragement, his training is an amazing exercise for my body and mind needing focus and determination. I joined two weeks ago and I am already feeling more active and mentally clear in my day to day life, I have seen direct results with healthy weight loss and new muscle. Master Yi has even taught me simple exercise that I can do daily at home to keep my training going and continue making myself healthier. I highly recommend Kwon Moo Hapkido Self-Defense Martial Arts for anyone looking for a new healthy routine and to have some fun.

Master Yi is excellent teacher. He is a master of Hapkido, a very effective form of self-defense. He communicates well and makes sure that you understand what he is teaching. He is very patient as well. I highly recommend his school for anyone male or female of any age who wants to learn self-defense. I am 58 and I know of some older clients Master Yi trains as well as having kids classes.
